From your timing details + ceremony location, to knowing the size of your bridal party - all of these things help us to see how we can help prepare you for your big day and help you to understand all of your options when booking with us!
The Process
What happens first?
When you inquire, we will ask you questions about your plans so far! If your date is available, we will respond with our price list for you to review, as well as some followup questions. Even tentative plans are a huge help for us to get a game plan your day!
Okay, then what?
Based on the info you provide, we will be able to build a mock timeline to help determine how much coverage you may need/want on the big day! From there, you can decide which package + add-ons will best suit your needs! If you feel like a phone call would be helpful, do not hesitate to ask. We’re happy to set that up with you!
What happens after we choose our services?
After you’ve decided which wedding day package will work best for you, we are ready to get you on the calendar! To make it official, a contract will need to be signed and a downpayment of around 10% of your total cost of services will secure your date!
Is that all?
For the time being, yes! Once we are a few months out from your wedding date, we will send you a detailed wedding day questionnaire! We will take your answers and come up with a final wedding day schedule for your to review. At that point, we will schedule you for a final phone call so we can go over everything together prior to the big day.
